Compliance

Every driver, truck and filing, kept current in one place.

Driver files, drug and alcohol testing, roadside inspections, accidents, claims, insurance and IFTA live beside the loads they affect. CarrierOn shows what is about to lapse, and assembles an audit packet from what is already on file.

Every truck serviced on schedule, with or without your own shop.

Defects reported on the pre-trip become work orders. Service programs track what is due by miles, days or engine hours, and every repair lands on the cost of the truck it belongs to.

Forward rate confirmations to your company's intake address and each one becomes a load to review. Every load keeps its own threads: office only, with the driver, or shared with someone outside the company, so the story of a load stays with the load.

Coming soon, not yet in the product

Ask for the next load in plain words.

We are building AI dispatch on top of the load boards you already use. It will search for loads that fit where your trucks become empty, rate them against your lanes and costs, check the broker, and book the one you choose.

  • Find: loads searched from where and when each truck becomes empty.
  • Rate: rate per mile, empty miles and the broker's payment history, against your own lanes.
  • Book: you choose; it requests the load and builds it the way a rate confirmation would.
Truck 101 is empty in Houston on Tuesday at 17:00. Find a dry van load back toward Dallas at $2.50 a mile or better.

Questions

What carriers ask before they switch.

Is CarrierOn a TMS?

Yes. CarrierOn is a transportation management system (TMS) for trucking companies. Beyond loads, dispatch and billing, it runs the carrier side of the business: driver and truck compliance, maintenance, driver pay and the driver app.

What does CarrierOn cost?

Nothing during early access, and no card is taken. CarrierOn will be priced by the truck, with every feature at every fleet size, unlimited office seats and drivers not counted. Rates are published before checkout opens, and every account gets notice before billing starts.

Who is CarrierOn for?

Trucking companies that run their own trucks and drivers, from a single truck to a large fleet, including owner-operators leased on to them. It is not built for freight brokers.

Can drivers and customers message us in CarrierOn?

Yes. Every load has its own threads: office only, with the driver, or shared with someone outside the company. Drivers write from the trip link. Messages arrive in the app, and text, WhatsApp and email can be connected for your account.

Do drivers need to install an app?

No. Drivers open their trip from a link on their phone and can add it to their home screen. There is nothing to download from an app store.

Can I bring my trucks and drivers from a spreadsheet?

Yes. Trucks and drivers import from a spreadsheet file during setup or at any time afterwards, and customers are created from your rate confirmations.

Does it work with my factoring company?

Yes. Record your factoring company and advance rate, then send schedules with the invoice and its paperwork attached.

What does it not do yet?

It does not take truck positions from ELDs yet; locations come from the stop updates drivers send. Driver pay produces a NACHA file that you upload to your bank rather than paying directly. Accounting software sync and load board connections are not live yet.

How is access controlled?

Every seat has a role with its own permissions. Two-step sign-in is available on every account, and emailed sign-in links work once and expire after 30 minutes.
